SIMCARRD Inc. is a Mindanao-wide NGO network based in Davao City implementing programs on participatory governance, asset reform, sustainable agriculture, social enterprise, and peace-building. It works closely with community-based NGOs and POs, promotes partnership with LGUs, and help strengthen local alliances and networks. It facilitates the empowerment of local communities through organizing, mobilization, claim-making and policy engagements. It contributes to policy discourses through action research and model-building strategies.
